Unlike glass, Plexiglas is also lighter, does not shatter as easily, is flexible and easy to shape. They are protected on both sides by a PVC film. The structure of the material is extremely clean. The material is strong, has excellent thermal insulation properties, does not age and does not yellow.

Plexiglas sheets are available in 1500mm x 3000mm and some in 2000mm x 3000mm. Satin plexiglass panels are also available and are widely used in combination with led lighting for interior decoration. 

Compared to extruded acrylic sheets, moulded Plexiglas sheets are more UV resistant and, due to the homogeneous density of the material, more suitable for laser cutting. The material structure is extremely pure (97%).
